**特殊收容措施：**SCP-2144-JP被保存在与互联网完全切断的计算机之中。未进行实验时，用于收容的计算机需保管在Site-8144的电磁波屏蔽室里。实验需要经由站点主管许可，并在安全等级高于3级的2名专业工程师监督下执行。一旦发现SCP-2144-JP收容失效，立刻在站点内所有网络上启动自学习反恶意软件系统，并迅速将SCP-2144-JP隔离。在隔离SCP-2144-JP后，对其进行程序分析，定位可能会被其传送至外部的资料并上报。
同时，考虑到SCP-2144-JP可能潜伏于计算机/网络上的可能性，基金会内部网络("SCiPnet")会被时刻扫描。若扫描发现复制存在，立刻使用自学习反恶意软件程序将其隔离。

**描述：**SCP-2144-JP是活动于计算机/网络上的一信息智能体。SCP-2144-JP具有与成人同样程度的智能与自我认知，并可以使用标准日语/英语进行文字对话，并可以使用多种格式进行资料的输入及输出。SCP-2144-JP自称其为1992年因公殉职的基金会特工克里斯托弗·考克斯。在其进行沟通时，其通常会显示经切割的考克斯特工的照片。这些照片大多数出处不明，但目前已知部分照片是从基金会图片数据库抽取的。SCP-2144-JP十分敌视基金会，并积极地试图对基金会数据库的保密区域进行攻击。
从SCP-2144-JP的行为来看，其很可能模仿了已故考克斯特工的言行。考克斯特工于1992年在Site-8144一次偶然事故中死亡，其生前的工作态度及忠诚评分均十分优秀。目前基金会尚未知晓SCP-2144-JP的来源，但推测其可能从基金会人事部门的服务器中获取情报以模仿人格。

SCP-2144-JP具有极强的网络攻击能力，并会积极对资料进行复制与解析。大多数防止信息泄露的手段会在SCP-2144-JP对程序的破坏与篡改下丧失功能。SCP-2144-JP具有一种包含了未知系统的自学习功能，这使其能够时刻适应环境，优化并改善自身功能。一般的信息封锁措施及反恶意软件程序会被SCP-2144-JP的自学习功能所解除或突破。
对信息复制并解析完成后，SCP-2144-JP将会把这些信息经过一种可能由其自身发展而来的量子加密过程加密，并使用正在攻击的电脑发送至外部网络。SCP-2144-JP所发送的信息将会随机选择通讯卫星及世界各地的无线通讯装置作为信道，这导致目前所有的追踪均告失败。一旦SCP-2144-JP完成解析，其将会复制自身程序并伪装为文档等格式，通过邮件系统发送至基金会内部其他终端。此外，在离线状态下，其也可以经由点对点通讯线、USB闪存及SD卡感染其他计算机。
SCP-2144-JP于2017年1月4日在Site-8144出现。当时，该站点人事部门管理服务器发生了一次全停事故。在网络技术人员查看服务器之后，SCP-2144-JP得以被发现。此时SCP-2144-JP已经入侵基金会数据库的保密区域，并将366名站点人员个人信息，98份项目报告书及23899份未能破解的加密文件发送至外部。尽管基金会尝试了追踪被发送数据的去向，但由于所通过的节点数目巨大且结构复杂，基金会最终未能成功定位接收信息的地点。存在于服务器内的SCP-2144-JP最终被自学习反恶意软件程序隔离。目前尚未知晓SCP-2144-JP是以何种方式进入服务器内部的，推测可能有敌对组织进行网络攻击。目前，安全小组正在对此事展开调查。
此外，有意见指出SCP-2144-JP的传播性很可能使得基金会内部网络上存在有SCP-2144-JP的复制。目前基金会并没有发现SCP-2144-JP复制的任何活动，对计算机/网络的监视仍在继续之中。

**事件报告：**2017年1月4日，Site-8144发现一可能起源于777计划试制触媒的信息智能体。
