**简介：**金发黑瞳--双马尾（很久以前是，但现在更喜欢短发了，据本人称这样更“清爽”）--，可惜是个AA罩杯（本人坚持声称并非如此），但也因此，其男装非常帅（同事声称如此）并且以变装为兴趣。曾在Site-CN-34，Site-CN-91实习，成年后，在Site-CN-133文书部门仅任职两年，便升为Site-CN-133模因部主管。24岁便升职为Site-CN-133主管（仍兼任模因部主管职务），[已编辑]年以后去往Site-133深造，但很快又回归，保留原职务。数年后，模因部主管职务被下放。
混血儿，父亲为美国人，母亲为中国人，原本只有英文姓名，但由于Phate本人觉得自己的姓过于生僻，给自己额外取了中文名。随着时间推移，现在中文名比英文本名还要常用一些。
拒绝结婚。育有一养女，名为“晓林枫”；来自英文原名的姓氏Taeki被舍弃。
