每隔二周，将以一台检验无人机对SCP-7961展开直接检查。
**描述：** SCP-7961是一根路灯柱，位于英国东南部一条失修道路的遗址上。
SCP-7961继续保留有正常功能，尽管当地已没有交流电或中央供电留存。SCP-7961只会在周边区域出现适当程度黑暗时发光，和非异常路灯一致。灯泡自发现以来未曾出现烧尽痕迹。
SCP-7961周围被植物生命环绕，且只在灯光范围内生长。这些植物和生长植物的土壤始终健康且茂盛，未被全球大气的腐蚀性影响。这种植物生命由草和多种亮色花朵组成，此前曾在[[[Lily's Proposal|全球~90%的现存地表上出现。]]]
**附录：** 受大气腐蚀影响，采集自SCP-7961所在地的种荚难以展开培植。据估算，毒性水平会在4672946年后降低到适于生长的剂量。
