鼓励但不强制要求基金会内部人员减少在非工作时间的个人电子设备使用。

**描述：**SCP-CN-3522是活跃在中国社交媒体上的一未知异常实体，账号名称通常为“scary喵”或添加有数字与字符的衍生变体。此类账号存在于几乎所有主流社交媒体、通讯软件和论坛平台，其注册实名信息通常为空或伪造，账号历史活动痕迹表现为常规的日常内容转发。

一个人类个体在当地时间00:00之后使用个人移动电子设备时，SCP-CN-3522将有概率通过受影响者目前正在使用的应用后台私信与其进行交流，且受影响者不会对项目的出现感到违和。当受影响者回应SCP-CN-3522后，项目会持续引导对话，试图让受影响者说明其不进入睡眠的具体原因。在受影响者回答后，项目将会“判定”该理由是否正当[[footnote]]目前暂不知晓项目的判定标准，但可确定工作与学习任务、倒时差等行为可被判定为正当理由。[[/footnote]]。若判定理由正当，项目将会发送鼓励或安慰信息，并在一段时间内停止对受影响者进行干扰。若判定为不正当理由，项目将进一步进行劝阻，开始列举熬夜的危害并发送ASMR视频链接。

若受影响者依旧拒绝入睡，项目将引导受影响者平躺在床上，随后受影响者手中的移动设备将瞬间获得异常动量，以精准的角度和力度砸向受影响者的面部（通常是鼻梁或前额区域）。撞击效果必然导致受影响者立即进入深度睡眠，直至当日6:30。
