++* 2025“群雄逐鹿”新秀竞赛现在开始！

十月给我们带来了长假，也为我们带来了每年的定番——新秀竞赛。今年的新秀竞赛投稿期延长至10月24日结束，而投票截止时间则到了10月31日。参赛作品需要符合三大主题之一，也即“控制/收容/保护”，需加对应隐藏标签。设四个赛道：SCP、故事、GoI、图书馆。参赛者的准入门槛还是和以前的标准一致——不得在对应赛道拥有精品原创页面。而本期更为初入本站的新手设置了便利，符合条件的新人选手，也即总作品篇目数不超过5篇且所有作品的总分数不超过200的作者，可选“新手装备”，结算时可以在原分数上加成25%。竞赛设奖金与实物奖品的赛道奖、新人榜奖，另有多项揭榜挑战与隐藏成就。

++* 俄罗斯分部将更新其语言列表内的Logo

俄罗斯分部近期举办了一场Logo征集大赛，胜者将代替现有的白蓝红国旗Logo显示在其他站点的“国际站点”处。目前，下面的这个Logo在投票时处于领先地位：

这个Logo将霍赫洛玛（俄罗斯传统民间手工彩绘）和斯拉夫纹饰装饰进行了结合。图上的野兔、鸭子、两者轮廓围成的一个蛋形以及其内的针，无疑是致敬俄罗斯民间传说中的不死者科西切。相传他为了防止自己被杀死，将自己的灵魂隐藏在一根针里，针又隐藏在一颗蛋中，蛋被藏在鸭子中，鸭子藏在一只野兔体内。右下角的黑月亮则以呼应“黑月是否嚎叫”的方式为这个Logo带来基金会要素。

2019年，汤不热用户docpile上传了一组照片，照片中，一名身穿由复数个爱心组成的诡异皮套的怪人heart-man（心男）似乎徘徊在日本街头，乍看之下还以为是什么特摄片的拍摄现场。照片上传至网络之后，尽管无数人试图追查来源，但长期以来，网友们仅能确定该照片拍摄于80年代的日本。

直到2024年，YouTube用户Virtual Carbon邀请日本都市传说传奇人物“THEつぶろ”共同调查heart-man事件，不久后便取得了一些发现：

# 根据其中一张照片的细节，可以推断照片拍摄于1982年8月；
# 在2025年6月，docpile公开了当年刊载心男的杂志内页；

而在杂志内页公开后不久，之后，一名网名为“水科化結“的网友通过地毯式检索1982至1983年间的时尚杂志，终于锁定了目标刊物。有关心男的全部关键信息赫然刊载其中，可谓功夫不负有‘心人'。这位神秘心男的扮演者，正是当时32岁的美国艺术家安妮·希克曼。所谓的心男正是她在日本的一场表演(Tokyo Lonely Hearts )罢了。
