距离[*/scp3000jp-contest-hub SCP-3000-JP竞赛]已过去3年，终于到了决定SCP-4000-JP的时候了。也已经是所谓的「整千竞赛」的第4届了。
4这个数字在日本自古以来就被认为是不幸的数字[[footnote]] **译注：**与汉语类似，日语中数字4的读音也与“死”同音，被称之为忌数。[[/footnote]]。以此为契机，我们选出了带来不幸的“灾祸”作为本次竞赛的主题。
在以异常事物为题材创作的SCP基金会中，“灾祸”大概无处不在。那么，这究竟“是怎样的‘灾祸’？”“是对于什么的「灾祸」？”虽然用这种情感表达可能不太合适，但依然期待着诸多“灾祸”降临。

++ 主题: “灾祸”

参与者请以“**灾祸**”为主题创作“SCP-4000-JP”。所谓以“**灾祸**”为主题，是指“灾祸”必须是作品的主干，在作品中仅寥寥提及是不被认可的。如何解释“**灾祸**”这个词则交由作者自行决定，但在被要求时，需要能够解释您是如何解读并在作品中融入这个主题的。
只有获胜作品将被认定为真正的“SCP-4000-JP”，未能获胜的作品将移至其他编号槽位。

++ 参赛条件&方法
参加本次竞赛的作品需满足以下条件，符合以下条件即视为有效报名。
* 至少于本次竞赛结束前为SCP-JP网站成员
* 不符合“永久取消资格”（[#eikyu-kekkaku 后述]）的条件
* 若参与合著，所有合著者都必须满足上述条件，且同意参加SCP-4000-JP竞赛。
* 撰写符合//JP//且符合//SCP//为主题的作品，并于投稿期间内进行投稿。
* 以“SCP-4000-JP - **<副标题>**”的格式作为页面标题进行投稿
* 请将域名（URL）设置为“http://scp-jp.wikidot.com/scp-4000-jp-**<账户名>**”的格式进行投稿
* 例如，如果用户名是[[*user Jiraku_Mogana]]，那么格式将是“@@http://scp-jp.wikidot.com/scp-4000-jp-jiraku-mogana@@”。
* 在合著的情况下，仅需使用投稿者的名称作为页面名，并在讨论区注明哪些用户参与了合著

++ 撤销条目与重新提交
* 每位作者只能提交一个作品。
* 若是提交合著作品，将被视为所有合著作者都已使用过投稿权。
* 如果参赛条目被认为不契合主题，竞赛委员会可能会取消其参赛资格。
* 如果参赛条目发布后被发现作者中有用户不符合参赛条件，竞赛委员会可能会取消其参赛资格。
* 在取消之前将予以警告，若在指定的期限内未能改善，将会取消参赛资格。
* 竞赛委员会需经过严格调查后，方可执行参赛资格的取消行为。
* 参赛条目仍被视作一般删除流程的适用对象。因低分而被删除的条目将自动取消报名。
* 在投稿阶段内，作者可以自行决定是否撤回投稿。通过删除条目或将其重命名为3999-JP以下的编号槽位，即可撤回投稿。投稿阶段结束后，作者便无法依据个人意愿撤回投稿。
* 在合著情况下，撤回投稿需征求全部合著作者的同意。
* 被删除/撤回的参赛条目，重新满足了参赛要求后，可再次提交条目进行参赛。
* 如果您删除了参赛条目，您可以添写另一篇参赛条目。但是，过多的重复删除于投稿行为，以及投稿未正式发布的多篇文章后，仅将评价最高的条目正式投稿的行为等，皆会被视为破坏“作者1人1作”规则的行为，可能会受到“永久取消资格”的处分。
++ 免责事项
在提交参赛作品时，视为已同意以下内容。
* 本中心页的内容以及竞赛规则可能会未经预告进行变更。
* 与往常一样可以使用沙盒Ⅲ[[footnote]] **译注：**指SCP-JP分部的第三沙盒站。[[/footnote]]。
* 征集草稿批评的时候，如果是在推敲期间请从页面控制台中选择“活动”类型的选项。[[footnote]] **译注：**SCP-JP分部沙盒站的特殊程序，可标记出本页面的文章类型、体载、所属系列等内容。 [[/footnote]]
* 另外，请在草稿标题中添加“4000-JP竞赛”及本次竞赛的名称。
* Discord的SCP-JP服务器也已开放，您可以在其中发表评论。使用规则受[[[discord-guideline|网站代码规则和政策]]]的约束。Discord本身的使用方法请自行查询。
* 如果参赛作品的标题过于冗长或者使用了复杂的语法进行装饰，那么在颁奖等场合可能无法正确地显示标题。
* 投稿期间结束至竞赛结束期间，参赛作品不得进行大规模修改。只允许修改错字、漏字、多字以及语法、标签错误。
* 竞赛结束后无法删除参赛作品。
* 竞赛结束后，参赛作品不能被重命名为系列JP-V（4000-JP~4999-JP）以外的系列编号。
* 在此期间多次违反竞赛规则的情况下，经竞赛委员会讨论后，可能会被取消资格。如果被取消资格，参加本次竞赛的资格将会被取消。因为不符合下面所示的“永久取消资格”，所以不会影响以后的参赛。
* 成获得表彰的作品无法放弃表彰。如果放弃表彰、或在竞赛结束后取消参赛作品，或进行了非常大规模的修改，将被视为“永久取消资格”，并将冻结参与SCP-JP活动的权限。具体详情请查看以下折叠内容。

* 如果在竞赛中放弃获奖，将导致“永久取消资格”，并且将来将失去参加竞赛的资格。这一点在放弃时是不可撤销的。
* 如果由于放弃等原因导致竞赛表彰作品出现空缺，则由次名次的作品递补获奖。如果放弃递补获奖，同样将导致“永久取消资格”。
* 对于竞赛表彰作品的以下类型的改稿，经网站工作人员讨论后，有时可能会导致永久取消参加竞赛的资格。
# 将作品变为空白页面等立即删除的改稿，或者引导作品被低评价而遭到删除的内容改稿。
# 包括删除支撑竞赛宗旨的部分在内的，与原文概念有显著偏离的改稿。
* 如果上述第1、2点经网站工作人员讨论后，被认为应永久取消参赛资格的情况下，网站工作人员在执行永久取消资格处分之前，必须向当事人提供“永久取消资格的理由说明”以及“推荐撤回改稿”。如果在两周内没有进行改稿的撤回，将执行永久取消资格的处分。

+ 部门表彰

本次竞赛不设部门分类[[footnote]] **译注：**就是不同赛道。[[/footnote]]，只有前三名的作品会在本次竞赛中获得表彰。
++ 正式竞赛与加时赛[[# entyosen]]
本次竞赛将采用不同于传统的预选投票期/决赛投票期的形式，而是采用正赛投票期/加时赛投票期的形式。请注意，不准备决赛投票用的积分，仅用常规评分（Rate）积分来竞争排名。
在正式投票期限结束后，将检查是否存在以下条件的参赛文章，若不存在，则此时排名正式确认，并进行颁奖处理。
* 暂定与第一名评分（Rate）积分相差**10**分以下
如若存在，将正式进入竞赛加时赛。加时赛投票时间在正式竞赛的投票时间延长一周，不过，符合暂定第一名条件的文章将会在参赛文章一览的上方显著位置刊登。加时赛投票结束后，所有参赛文章的排名将确定。
++ 评分基准
文章的排名将参考文章的评价（Rate）的高低来确定。
如果出现票数相同的情况，则认为Vote中积极评论数最多排名较高。如果依旧相同，则认为提交日期**较早**的文章排名较高。如果即使这样还是无法判断排名，将在SCP-4000-JP竞赛专职委员会内部进行投票以确定排名。如果投票对象的作者本身就是专职委员会成员，则不赋予其参加投票的权利。

本次竞赛将设立以下3个奖项。

所有未获得金奖的文章都是评选对象。获奖后不能拒绝，但只要不是其他奖项的获奖对象，竞赛结束后及时进行修改也不会成为“[#eikyu-kekkaku 永久取消资格]”的对象。
未获得金奖的文章需要移动到除4000-JP以外的编号槽位，但可以选择移动的目的地。所有参赛文章在报名时可以声明至多五个希望的编号槽位，这些选择将按排名顺序优先考虑。竞赛结束后，编号槽位的移动将由竞赛运营委员会进行处理。
