**描述：**SCP-CN-1969属于一种俗称“被现实扭曲者”的低休谟实体，其常态休谟值在43.2至44.8间浮动。其形态大部分时间表现为晚期智人，偶尔会由于回溯性现实扭曲而表现出一些来自家猪、驴、犬类等动物的性状。该项目必须不断地激怒他人并使他人对其生理学母亲进行辱骂以对其过去经历进行回溯性局部现实重构。此时其生理学意义上的母亲会被暂时维持在一个“曾经存在”的状态，从而暂时维持项目自身的存在。

基金会在收容其前，项目在各个网络平台上发表了大量引起争论的言论，引起了较大规模的回溯性局部现实重构，记录内容详见下表：
